Refund policy

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be provided. Please include a brief description of the issue or damage.
• A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is required. 
• If you receive the wrong item, you may request either a replacement or a refund, subject to verification.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

• The return request is made more than 48 hours after delivery.
• The product has been used, installed, framed, altered, or shows signs of use.
• The item has been damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
• The product is returned without its original packaging and protective materials.
• The issues related to minor colour variations caused by differences in screen displays.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return request, our team will review the details and verify the issue using the information and photographs provided. If your return is approved, we'll notify you via email or SMS and begin processing your refund or replacement.

Refunds are processed only after successful verification and approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return request does not meet our eligibility criteria, the refund or replacement request may be declined.
