Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
- During product launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Standard Delivery (Free): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
Express Delivery (₹59): Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.
Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, many may arrive earlier depending on your location and courier availability. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, or remote delivery locations. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Order Tracking
We'll keep you informed via email or SMS when your order has been dispatched. If you need any assistance regarding your delivery, our support team is always happy to help.
All posters are securely packed in durable protective packaging to help prevent damage during transit.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the package may be returned to us. Any additional shipping costs for re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments). Include your order number along with clear photos of the package and product, and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
